Headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, we provide insurance and financial strategies through licensed professionals working with A-rated carrier partners.

Our mission is to help close the wealth gap by educating, equipping, and partnering with HBCU alumni, families, professionals, and business owners to build generational wealth.

H&S Capital Enterprise and its representatives are licensed where required by state insurance and financial services regulators. Specific products and services are offered only in jurisdictions where the relevant entity or representative holds active licensure.

Verify our licensing:

Insurance products are offered only by individuals licensed under H&S Capital Enterprise. Investment advisory services, if applicable, are offered only through individuals properly registered with the appropriate federal or state regulator.

Companies listed on our website as partners, product providers, or carriers — including Transamerica, Nationwide, and National Life Group — maintain current selling agreements with H&S Capital Enterprise. Through these relationships we offer their insurance and financial products to clients.

These relationships do not constitute an endorsement of H&S by the carriers, nor an endorsement of the carriers by H&S. Each carrier remains solely responsible for the products it issues.
