When you use our website, complete a form, schedule a consultation, enroll in a webinar, download an educational guide, or interact with our AI assistant (“Ask H&S”), we collect the following categories of information:

Information You Provide

  • Contact information — name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and HBCU affiliation when you submit any form.
  • Financial profile information — when you request a consultation or share goals, you may voluntarily provide information about your income, retirement assets, business ownership, family structure, and financial objectives.
  • Insurance authorization data — if you proceed with insurance product underwriting, you may authorize us to obtain medical or health-related information through our licensed carrier partners.
  • Career application data — when applying to become an H&S agent, we collect resume information, role interest, and any optional details you share.
  • Chat conversations — messages you send to our AI assistant “Ask H&S” are stored to improve service quality and for legal and audit purposes.

Information We Receive Automatically

  • Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, language, operating system).
  • Usage data (pages visited, referring page, time on site, links clicked).
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 10).
